Tasting Notes: “Bright straw yellow in color. Delicate on the nose, with notes of flowers and almonds. Dry, well-structured and delicately fruity, with hints of bitter almonds on the finish that is typical of Garganega-based wines.”
My Review: This was my first time having a Garganega wine and overall it was pretty good. It is still difficult for me to put descriptors to the flavors I am smelling, so I didn't get any specific flavors jumping out at me upon the sniff – but I did really like the aroma. The taste was slightly fruity, very crisp, a little sour, and bitter on the finish.
